Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Churnable (the "Service"), operated by Sorbel.io, LLC ("Churnable," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Churnable does

Churnable helps you find, prioritize, and track bank account sign-up bonus offers. We provide information and organizational tools. We are not a bank, broker, or financial institution, and we do not open accounts, move money, or transact on your behalf. You stay in full control of your own accounts and decisions.

It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to open any account or pursue any offer. Bonus offers, eligibility rules, and terms are set by third-party banks and can change or end at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any offer is available to you, that you will qualify, or that any bonus will be paid. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, for meeting each bank's requirements, and for any tax consequences (bonuses are generally taxable income). Always confirm the current terms directly with the bank before acting.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, pricing, and automatic renewal

Automatic renewal — please read.

Churnable Pro costs $99 per year (USD).
Your subscription automatically renews every year and your payment method is charged $99 each year until you cancel.
Renewal happens at the end of each one-year term unless you cancel before it renews.
You can cancel anytime from the "Manage subscription" link in your account, which opens our payment processor's portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid term, and you keep access until then.
If the price changes, we will notify you in advance, and any change applies only to future renewals.

By subscribing, you acknowledge these automatic-renewal terms and authorize the recurring annual charge until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and canceling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current term.

4. How to cancel

Canceling is as easy as signing up. Open "Manage subscription" in your account to cancel online at any time through the Stripe-hosted customer portal — no phone call or email required. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid year.

5. Free and paid access

Some content is available without a paid subscription as a preview. Full access to the offer queue and tracking features requires an active Churnable Pro subscription. We may change the features included in free or paid access over time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, including by scraping or bulk-extracting our offer data, reselling or redistributing the content, attempting to bypass the paywall or access controls, interfering with the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We never ask you to misrepresent anything to a bank, and you agree not to.

7. Third-party offers and banks

Offers are provided by third-party banks and financial institutions. We are not responsible for their products, terms, decisions, or conduct. Your relationship with any bank is solely between you and that bank.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorbel.io, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any lost bonuses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where a different law is required to apply.
