This Privacy Policy explains how Sorbel.io, LLC ("Churnable," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Churnable (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

We do not ask for, collect, or store your bank login credentials, and we never log in to your bank accounts.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Churnable, and only as needed:

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.
You can access or update your account information, cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal, and unsubscribe from non-essential emails. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare) for sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and update the effective date above.
